Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use KnowBe4 to conduct phishing tests that simulate real-world events. We also use it to conduct training and keep users up to date on the latest security trends. We have integrated the Phish Alert button into outlook to allow users to Seamlessly report phishing legitimate or otherwise to our internal security team.

We have only had a Demo of Dark Trace but plan to do a test run in the near future. From what we understand, is it more of a network inspection tool and less of a Security Awareness Training mechanism so it should have little impact on our Knowbe4 program and may only impact email delivery at the most.

To be honest we are a little behind on the new training content but we do plan to visit it again in the near future.
We import users from our exchange server and assign them into relevant groups based on on-site and supervisory status. That we if a user fails some type of phishing test, their supervisor can be notified.
All of the ones currently provided, Clicks, the number of emails sent out, it's all in the realm of what we would expect to find.

We use it to train users are compliance like GDPR, PCI. Etc. It is of the same high quality that you would expect out of the other knowbe4 offerings.
We have only recently implemented this but so far is informing users well.
Yes, it bundles well and has plenty of room for future growth.
We have not used any other compliance training alternatives.
