Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

KnowBe4 Security Awareness is being used throughout the organization. It is helping users to become more proactive at recognizing suspicious emails. It is also helping them recognize scam messages whether it be through cell phone, email, or phone call. This is a huge problem that users need to be aware of. Constant training addresses the issue.
  • Provides assistance through a Customer Success Team Manager.
  • Provides a way to set up training on a recurring basis.
  • Keeps logs of training and how everyone scores.
  • Maybe make it a little easier to set up campaigns.
  • It's a pretty good platform overall. I can't really think of much.
  • Our phish prone percentage has gone down.
  • It has helped users to recognize scam emails.
  • Helped save the company money from ransomware attacks.
We haven't tried any other training.

This training is well suited for any organization. This is something that will never go away. The scammers will constantly find ways to scam people. We all need to be vigilant and this is helping in that fight. I don't really see a scenario where it would be less appropriate.
