There seems to be new content added constantly. This helps with sending monthly notifications on new and different things to look out for. We also have the ability to send out optional training. This is usually done with the video series they offer. There is a bunch of different series.
You can have the users added through a connector and your active directory. Once in there, you don't really have to do much. Their progress is recorded from the training material they receive. Some have a quiz and others don't. There is a dashboard where you can view all of this.
We can get reports on how many users submit mock phishing emails as well as actual scam emails. The dashboard also keeps track of your phish-prone percentage based on phishing emails that you send out as a test. They also have a PhishER platform that will keep track of all emails submitted via a phish alert button installed in everyone's Outlook.
