KnowBe4...Effective Cybersecurity Training/Phishing Tool for K-12 Education
Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
KnowBe4 Secuity Awareness Training has been our GO-TO for district-wide cybersecurity awareness training, phishing and SPAM/Phishing mitigation tool. We coordinate mandatory cybersecurity awareness training annually with Cyber Security Month every October. We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to orchestrate the training, track progress as well as use their promotional materials to market a positive feeling toward personal and district protection. In addition, there are libraries of informational and fun resources for staff to access (Check out Inside Man - the series). Finally, we use the phishing tools to phish test our staff throughout the year. This is able to be done in a positive way with positive reinforcement/training for those who fail. This has created a well educated population of users - your first line of defense for cyber threats.

Cons
- Could use more intuitive interface to the phishing mitigation tools.

We really haven't used many of the titles in the training resource library. I do appreciate that the training we use for our annual required training is updated annually so it doesn't get stale to our users.
I manage all of our current staff by placing them in an annual group. Then I can archive that group and import a new one each year which weeds out anyone who has left over the course of a year.
Ensuring that all of our staff complete the annual required training.
