Preventing the major risk to our company means our users have to be aware of the dangers and how we could be targeted or attacked, and has to understand how to protect it self and the company , to which the awareness trainings from KnowBe4 are paramount to make sure all users are up to date.

To keep improving and keeping all users engaged, new and exciting content, that is relatable to users experience and usual work or home activities is very important, since engagement is key to ensure alignment with company core values and achieve and maintain and effective good security posture for the whole company.

We handle user management within the KnowBe4 platform through a daily sync with active directory, automatically assigning users to the desired group and trainings, seamless and hassle free. Very granular control.

The metrics and reports are most important to my particular organization from within the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training platform are the phishing prone against the industry average, training completion over time and the overall risk of the company throughout the year.
