Overall Satisfaction with Laserfiche

Laserfiche is used to sign, review and process official forms and documents. This is used for employment contracts, student service forms and other official documents for legal purposes. Laserfiche is also used for official forms by HR for different types of PTO, Leave and additional resources. All forms are signed with digital signatures and assurances.

Laserfiche (from an employee's perspective) has been very easy to use and keep things organized that may have otherwise been more difficult to keep organized. The ease of use for usage of contracts and for completion of student services forms in education (as of 2025 for my district) has been a game changer. Reminders for forms to be completed or submitted is also a helpful feature now being used (as of 2025) in my organization/district.
Laserfiche and Skyward are two very different systems and resources, however, they are not complex and have a very basic design, format and layout. They both are easy to use, efficient and help with organization while not being overwhelming after learning the systems. The learning curve is also minimal and easy to build on with general experience using the programs.

Laserfiche makes tasks efficient and easy to complete. The way that most, if not all, forms are available digitally also helps with personal organization, reference and functionality. Laserfiche will also add to the organization by reminding via email if a form has been assigned or has not yet been completed.

I was not part of the evaluation and selection process, however, I would not change anything regarding using the Laserfische program. It is easy to use, convenient and has very little learning curve. It allows all items to be found in one location and signatures processed in that way, as well.

Laserfiche Support

Support for Laserfiche appears to be pretty solid and responsive overall. While I have not specifically had any issue with support or even much need to for it, I do know that others in my district have used support, etc. and have been pleased with the responsiveness and the overall quality of support.

Each time I have used Laserfiche, it has worked flawlessly for my tasks and needs. I have never had to use support from Laserfische and this is a testament to the program and ease of use.
