Overall Satisfaction with Lifesize Video Conferencing
After originally purchasing Lifesize just for Teadit NA, it is now used across all Teadit groups around the globe. The biggest problem it addresses is allowing users to communicate both visually and in real time. We have several weekly meetings with the outside sales force and multiple internal departments to address issues. Also allows our parent company in Brazil to be a part of meetings in the US.
- Clear video streaming
- Multiple (as many as 40) participants
- Invitations for non-license users to participate
- Meeting rooms
- Yearly license renewal (reminder from Lifesize, but have to go to third party to renew)
- Difficult for "non-power users" to navigate viewing of spreadsheets (most time is too small on screen, so have to assist them in navigating to enlarge)
- Would be great for person generating meeting to control muting participants
