We had an issue where the unit was connecting to a meeting room, bu then the phone would not work, no volume control, no camera control, nothing. But when you hung up form the call the phone started working again. Support walked up through a reset, firmware update, everything they could think of. they sent us a replacement phone as well. Finally they sent us a cable which was the cause of the issue, then then sent us a spare cable if we ever experienced the issue in the future.

Yes, our system in India lost it's registration because of the 30 day time out. The Service Renewal license expired because our provider sent the renewal email to the wrong account. Together with Lifesize help we were able to renew without the extra re-certification cost and Tech. Support helped us to get the system back on line.

We had an issue with a connection to a third party site. After my support call, they continued to try to connect with the third party system, and eventually found that the firewall at the third party was rejecting our IP address. Once we found that out, the IT folks at the location added our IP and we were able to connect..It was nice not having to stay on the phone for 30-60 minutes while the technicians determined the issue.

We were having a problem with conferences freezing when multiple offices connected. I worked with support to create an online meeting room so they could monitor the traffic to troubleshoot the problem. Once the cause was identified a fix was released in a patch.

Pre sales was great. They also helped us with the setup on our video conference units. This made sure that we had all the bugs worked out before we got going in production. This made the launch internally perfect. Since we had their attention it was quick to get answers as well as feature request.

There have been multiple times that Lifesize support has been exceptional over the past 8 years- the most recent was with an endpoint that would not register to Cloud no matter how many times we tried, and they helped us figure out it was an anomaly on that particular network which was preventing the registration from working but not anything else, so very strange and not our typical technical issue to deal with. They stuck with us until it was resolved.

We wanted to use the streaming functionnality when it was just published. We needed to make a lot of tests to make sure the solution would be working properly when required. We had the full support from 1 person from Lifesize based in India. This person was available for each test we performed and helped us to improve the configuration.

A team member had lost his phone on holiday and couldn’t get into his account. He was able to get a hold of the support team and was back on in an hour. This was also during a holiday and off hours so we were very impressed

Yes, We had issues with dropped calls. Lifesize sent an engineering team to help us determine what the issue was. They worked for 2 months with us to get the issue resolved. We ended up finding out that our router was not configured correctly and fixed it. The issue went away.

When we were having Cloud connectivity issues, two of their top guys and an engineer got involved. Turns out it was our own network firewalls causing the problem but these guys did everything they could to troubleshoot the problem for us. They were very concerned with our success.

I received exceptional service during a time when we were experiencing repeated audio issues with the LifeSize Unit. Support was immediately available and worked with me until the permanent fix was in place. Received a follow up call weeks later to ensure that we were no longer experiencing issues with the units.

I had a fairly expensive unit with a really hard to troubleshoot issue. They did turn around an RMA pretty quickly even though we never got to a root cause. The RMA unit did fix the issue.
