Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
Litmus is being used to test emails and track additional metrics across our organization. It allows us to ensure our email templates are compatible with all common email clients, including in dark mode. Gaining additional metrics such as read time and email client has proved to be very important, particularly with the introduction of Apple Mail Privacy.

Excellent having the integration inside marketing cloud to preview emails, this helps our content producers greatly.
Using the "Read" metric we can gauge the engagement of each customer at a more granular level, allowing us to segment and target the high propensity customers first. Also seeing the number of customers using dark mode has helped us highlight the importance of building and testing emails to account for it.
We use approvals inside marketing cloud, so do not use this feature. Inside Litmus would also not allow for dynamic content to be previewed for the approvers.
