Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
Our team uses Litmus on a near-daily basis. We use the service primarily to test the rendering of each of our emails across a number of clients. Additionally, our organization is associated with a higher education institution so we care deeply about accessibility and utilize Litmus to remain as accessible as possible.

We have not been able to utilize this feature. The enterprise license cost for a nonprofit like ours is prohibitively expensive. In total, moving from our current plan to the enterprise plan would cost us around 10x what we currently pay. While the enterprise plan has fantastic features we'd love to use, it's not worth the money for us.
To be honest, we are still learning how to incorporate these metrics into our reporting. By far the most useful metrics for us had been the percentage of subscribers using dark mode and the read time metrics. Specifically, we saw a decline in real time through Litmus and decided to shorten our newsletter. This led to an increase in CTR and read the time.
Again, this feature is only available on the enterprise plan and it's prohibitively expensive for us at the moment.
Litmus definitely offers a more comprehensive tool at the enterprise level, however, EOA has them beat on pricing for more features. I prefer Litmus because of its user-friendly software and our long-term usage of its product.
