Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
Testing emails we build for our clients before they are sent to ensure that the email list recipients are able to view the email as expected regardless of their device. To put it shortly "Quality Control" to prevent errors before they are sent.

- Testing in 100s of Email clients is not feasible apart from using a tool like Litmus
- Saves money from having to buy separate devices
We ended up downgrading our Litmus subscription to a cheaper plan that doesn't have SFMC integration because the cost to benefit ratio wasn't there for this additional feature.
We don't use the analytics features because of cost
The ability to send password free links of various email to a client or internal team members is an extremely helpful feature. It helps when wanting to share an email with a larger internal or client team. And the Proof feature's checklist is a great remember and keeps us from wanting to take shortcuts during a busy day.
Litmus is the most full featured email testing platform I have used. There are so many device / email client combinations that we can always replicate the issue an end user may be seeing. It would be great if it added cross browser website testing and take on some of the simplified UI that a tool like BrowserStack has.
