Overall Satisfaction with LogicMonitor

LogicMonitor is being used to monitor our client's infrastructure, and provide insight on our internal hardware and software.

  • Integrate with more CI/CD platforms
  • API endpoints for embedding custom widgets and graphs
  • Improved response time for tackling backend application issues
The support team is very prompt in responding to issues or questions.
We are monitoring on-prem, public and private cloud in multiple locations.
Implementation and configuration of LogicMonitor was fairly easy to follow.
We have been able to retire old custom built monitoring tools that were not as reliable as LogicMonitor,
LogicMonitor provides my team with a complete view of our application infrastructure, and gives us the ability to quickly troubleshoot problems.
