Overall Satisfaction with LogicMonitor
We use LogicMonitor to monitor client systems and send alerts for those system to our PSA for remediation as needed. We deploy it also to monitor downtime for sites and to let us know if a system is offline.
- System monitoring.
- Offline status alerts.
- Overall alerts to our PSA.
- Can be a bit hard to filter out noise.
- Allows us to automate monitoring.
- Can be difficult to reduce noise.
I myself have only use RRM based monitoring systems such as Continuum.
We support a mix of on-prem and cloud systems including HyperV, Virtual servers and firewalls.
I have not personally deployed LogicMonitor. It pushes out automatically with our other software to client systems and I have never had to touch it.
As a technician I have not had access to the data needed to answer this question. I believe we have not retired any tools due to LogicMonitor, but we have been steadily expanding its uses and monitored systems.
