Overall Satisfaction with LogicMonitor

[LogicMonitor is] used across multiple sites. The problems it addresses is monitoring consolidation requirements.
  • Consolidation of monitoring
  • Alert thresholds are easy to adjust
  • Grouping of different sites can be done on the dashboard
  • Exporting of analytics in other formats beside xml
  • Quicker to notice issues at a glance
Was introduced at new company at the ease of setup that LogicMonitor supports compared to the configuration overhead that comes with Zabbix.
Real quick to respond!
All of those, we monitor multiple sites. 100+ devices are being monitored, VM hosts, network gear and important user machines.
Using SaaS has been a real blast compared to having to host everything onprem with the issues of doing maintenance.
Not as of yet, but it has allowed us to notice devices that will be becoming issues easier than previous systems that we had inplace.
[LogicMonitor is] well suited for Multi-site/company monitoring with alerts going to different site/company technical teams.
