Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Rescue
We use LogMeIn Rescue to support our help desk customers on devices we do not directly manage.

- Remote reboot and reconnect
- Remote access to mobile devices
- Easy remote access.
- Possibly gain new recurring clients by assisting them immediately.
- Travel savings.
TeamViewer Enterprise is very similar to LogMeIn Rescue, so much so that switching to it wasn't really going to get us any new features. Dameware is much less expensive, but definitely inferior remote control. Splashtop is similar but doesn't provide as seamless a process. It is definitely cheaper though.
