Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Rescue

I use LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo for remote support from other companies for priority systems to troubleshoot any performance issues. Specific business problems that the product addresses are when 3rd party software is not operating correctly such as surveillance features.

Yes I think that LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo is suitable for users with various levels of technical knowledge. It is straight forward, easy to operate and hard to mess up. We have had several different users with varying levels of technical skills and no one has issues with LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo
LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo helps ensure security at our organization by ensuring that whenever we open a support connection to a 3rd party for our software that it is instant and secure with SSL/TLS protocol. This provides a nice peace of mind while knowing they have a good reputation
I feel this way because they have provided the reasons, security, evidence, and results that provide no other choice but to feel assured.
We have not utilized much of LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo's overall customizability. The out of the box default features have been more then good enough for us to achieve our needs.
LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo stacks up very well against all these. The features, speed, security, ease of use are all comparable if not better than these other services. I would continue to use LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo for ease of use.

Some specific scenarios where LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo is when utilziing 3rd party software that is critical to operations starts performing badly. We can then use this software to get 3rd party remote assistance to troubleshoot any issues.
