Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Rescue
I use LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo for remote support from other companies for priority systems to troubleshoot any performance issues. Specific business problems that the product addresses are when 3rd party software is not operating correctly such as surveillance features.

- sometimes keeps the connection open after closing
- doesn't automatically close windows for dead connections
- Speeds up efficiency with remote support
- Reduces the amount of downtime
LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo helps ensure security at our organization by ensuring that whenever we open a support connection to a 3rd party for our software that it is instant and secure with SSL/TLS protocol. This provides a nice peace of mind while knowing they have a good reputation
I feel this way because they have provided the reasons, security, evidence, and results that provide no other choice but to feel assured.
LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo stacks up very well against all these. The features, speed, security, ease of use are all comparable if not better than these other services. I would continue to use LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo for ease of use.
