Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
We use Mailchimp for our Marketing and Development Departments. The Marketing Department primarily uses Mailchimp to blast out our marketing emails and our Development Department utilizes Mailchimp to notify our existing customers of new features that are added to our EMR platform.
- Schedule e-mail blasts. With the ability at the start of every month to set it and forget it.
- Very easy to use and setup with great technical support.
- It's cheap compared to other competitors.
- The web interface needs a better UI design that's more friendly.
- Wish Mailchimp had better web-tracking tools.
- Better API integration with Office 365.
- The RIO has been great since we are able to track new customer acquisitions from our Marketing campaigns.
- We are able to our existing more well informed of new features and add-on to our EMR platform.
- Mailchimp can grow with your business needs. If we start out as an SMB and grow to an Enterprise level company it will grow with you.
Mailchimp is much easier to configure than ClickDimensions. Also, ClickDimensions pricing is extremely expensive compared to Mailchimp.
