Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
As a non-profit, our development and fundraising team uses Mailchimp as a platform to reach donors for fundraising and awareness through email marketing. We have been able to successfully reach the millennial demographic and it has helped us to increase our overall brand and mission awareness to a new market.

We chose Mailchimp because the features matched our needs the best.
We have been very pleased with the amount of money we have saved, along with the amount of control we have with our content and planning with Mailchimp. We love that we can plan out a quarter at a time on how we will solicit and reach our donors.
I have learned that it is always good to have the Mailchimp app on your phone in case you are away from your computer and need to pause a campaign. (We have had that happen several times in emergency situations where circumstances change and you need to make a quick edit.) Always proof your work!
