Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
Mailchimp was used to reach a lot of people for various e-mails throughout the month. We were able to test different e-mails, use different audiences and the layouts were really nice and clean. We were able to use different layouts for different e-mails and it was a very user-friendly tool. It was very easy to work with!

Mailchimp is much easier to use. I like how it guides you through the e-mail process. It makes everything much more seamless. It is easier to design an e-mail and much easier to use the exact list you want to send it out. I think that mailchimp is such a great tool and makes e-mail marketing seamless.

The decision was fairly easy. While we had looked at a few other vendors, Mailchimp was much more simple and user friendly than the others. Designing and creating e-mails and e-mail lists was very easy and there was always someone there to help along the way. I found it easy to choose Mailchimp for our needs.
I might look at a few more vendors with other marketing capabilities but overall I am very happy with my choice. For the business I was managing, it was the best option and I found it did everything I need to in a very easy and organized fashion. I would recommend.

Yes - We had a small issue with one of our e-mail lists. We were able to talk to someone and get the issue resolved within 24 hours. They were helpful and extremely knowledgeable when it came to our request and issue. I would recommend their support as they were very helpful and understanding.

Yes - I did not use the mobile site very frequently other than to see some analytics. I found it fairly easy to use for this purpose and found no issues when doing this. I would recommend emails and design on a desktop, but I found the mobile version good for what I needed.
