Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
We use Mailchimp for internal updates as well as newsletters and initiatives directed at our external member base as well. It helps us improve our messaging with A/B testing as well as maximize our reach. Built-in integration also allows us to plan ahead for use with other systems such as Zoho.
Pros
- Track metrics with open/close rates and clicks
- Customization is easy with templates
Cons
- Switch from Audience back to Lists
- Allow more seamless HTML/WYSIWYG integration
- Increased open rate
- Metrics tracking made easy, saving time
They're about on par for each other. Mailchimp definitely has more in depth A/B testing options although the learning curve is a bit high in order to use them effectively. I'd say if you know one, try the other out, each has their own strengths.
As of right now, no, but the ability to is what we're looking to move forward with for this coming year.
We've increased our open rate exponentially with list tracking and managing our audiences. I've learned to test everything. Twice. Use the Mailchimp test option!
