Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
We use Mailchimp for our email marketing efforts. We do not have a newsletter, rather we send out highly segmented email. Our total email list is over 18,000 contacts, but at times we have emails sent to less than 1000.

- Unsubscribe management made easy
- Integration is not easy with an uncommon CRM system
- Can be pricey
- Email marketing has excellent ROI and Mailchimp makes it simple and efficient.
- Swiftpage ACT!
Creating templates in Mailchimp is a million times easier than in Swiftpage ACT!
To be honest, we're just beginning to explore the full range Mailchimp has to offer, having only used the e-mail portion previously.
