Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it in our fund development department for newsletters and fundraising. It provides an easy, non-Constant Contact way to communicate with our donor base.

Return on Investment

We are just starting to have a larger online donor presence so it's hard to see so far.

Alternatives Considered

Constant Contact

We like it better. But DonorPerfect links with Constant Contact which would make things easier for us.

We definitely don't use it to it's full extent.

Lessons for Success

Starting to use it more fully but still just using the basics. As we are venturing more into advocacy, it has been a good way to get statements out to our supporters.

Likelihood to Recommend

Works well for large mailings. Not as great for smaller segments. Clunky for segmenting. We are still getting used to the tagging functionality and how to work it in to our segmenting.
