Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
We currently use Mailchimp for nearly a dozen different newsletters being sent out by various ministries within our organization (i.e. Safe Church, Racial Reconciliation, etc.). I love that we can compare the stats each week for the individual newsletters. Having one tool makes the process run smoothly and breeds familiarity.
- Easy to navigate user interface.
- Simple subscription tools.
- Helpful analytics.
- The customer service could be improved so that responses to questions come in more quickly.
- It would be helpful to have a better tool to clean subscriber lists (i.e. subscribers who haven't opened the newsletter in a year).
- Mailchimp has motivated me to continue A/B test as I can quickly scan for clicks.
We have not used Mailchimp for all of our marketing functions.
Mailchimp has absolutely helped us grow our email lists. We are help to find the optimum time for opens and clicks. We are also able to add new features regularly thanks to the way that Mailchimp continues to adapt and improve.
