Mailchimp is being used by multiple departments across the organization. We use it to send newsletters to our clients as well as communications to our internal team members.

I have used Constant Contact and Hubspot. Mailchimp is more user-friendly and offers a lot more functionality. They are also adding a lot of integrations that will make it an even more robust platform over time.
Our company has mostly used Mailchimp for sending newsletters and managing our audience through the platform. We did try the social media management tools but did not find them useful for us because they didn't have all of the social platforms available to post to.
Mailchimp has helped us to easily grow our email list by focusing on our analytics. It has given us great insight into what content our audience engages with. It has helped us learn how to segment our audience, and provide them with content that they actually want to see. It has been beneficial for our sales team as well.
