Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp

Mailchimp is the most advanced email marketing software I have ever used. Sales and marketing departments use this software for their respective works. This software offers an extremely user-friendly interface. It allows me to create my email campaigns in the most versatile manner. It offers all the required tools to create a well-decorative and well-informative email campaign. With the help of this software, I get the maximum conversion on my email database. Post campaign, it gives me a very comprehensive statistical report on email deliverability.

Pros

  • Its user interface is extremely easy to understand. Any naive user can also operate it.
  • Its drag-and-drop feature makes email editing very easy. Users can create very informative and well decorative emails.
  • It also allows users to add social accounts in the email campaigns.
  • Its deliverability is 100% accurate.
  • Reporting of the campaigns is very comprehensive. It provides every detail of the actions taken by the recipients.
  • It provides scheduling features as well. With the help of this feature, I can schedule my email campaigns.

Cons

  • Initially, I had some problems with signing in. They asked me to log in with OTP and I never got the OTP on my email ID. However, this issue was rectified with time.
  • They should add a WhatsApp marketing feature also. Nowadays, companies are using WhatsApp marketing very extensively.
  • This software helps me to increase my sales revenue by increasing the conversion rate.
  • It helps us to send all the information about my services and my industry to my clients digitally. It creates a brand image at a very low cost.
  • It also helps us generate new leads to increase our database.
I used MailKitchen earlier, but my experience was very bad with it. That was not at all a user-friendly software. The email bounce rate was very high in that software. After that, I signed up in Mailchimp and I was amazed to see its user interface. It's very easy to understand and it has all the features to create a good email campaign.
Mailchimp has all the features which help me to grow my business in a very efficient manner. Its quality of service helps me to create a good image of my business in my customers' minds. After using this software, I realized a very good increment in customer engagement which leads to revenue growth.
Currently, I am using this software for information sharing with my customers and product promotions. We integrated very selective features with it. In the future, we will probably adopt Mailchimp as our all-in-one marketing platform.
With the help of this software, we placed ourselves as a premium brand in our industry. This software helped us to increase our database substantially. Along with these benefits, we also increased our annual revenue by a very exponential margin. After using this software for our sales and marketing purposes, we realized that effective email marketing always requires software with premium features and Mailchimp is the one we needed.

For the promotion of any product or service, this software provides all the tools to make the email template informative and capture all the required details. It can also decorate your templates, which attracts recipients. In my profession, I need to create well informative emails to describe all the features of my services and this software does this job in the most efficient manner. I get a very high conversion rate on my email campaigns.
