Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
We [use] Mailchimp as an email marketing tool to send regular newsletter and survey invites to our registered doctor panelist[s]. We are creating email templates and survey questions using Mailchimp with their drag-and-drop feature. Landing pages and sign-up forms are used per campaign requirement. Onboarding with Mailchimp is simple and easy.

- As per our email marketing budget, Mailchimp is the best fit so far.
Since we are into B2B marketing, we can only use email to target our audience. However, Mailchimp provides us with two more channels, i.e. Google and Facebook Ads, to target them. We can also create/customize surveys to collect feedback from users. Unsubscribed users are auto-removed from the mailing list. Audience segmentation is another powerful feature.
With Mailchimp, we are able to maintain an average open rate of 60% and a click rate of 8%. The numbers are excellent for the Healthcare sector, especially when you target doctors and nurses from the USA and European countries.
