Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
We use Mailchimp to send newsletters to our clients and prospects. With Mailchimp, we are able to create different campaigns (so we can categorize our email database accordingly) with different information/position to our clients and prospects and this helps us to improve our client engagement and leads generations. We are also able to see and analyse the results/ROI of each campaign from the Mailchimp campaign report, very insightful for our business.

Very slow customer service support took me 3 days to reset my password. The interface is not as user-friendly as Mailchimp and their pricing is not as competitive as Mailchimp.
It gives us more visibility and having more control as we can do everything within one platform. It is also easier for us to analyze all our campaigns.
We managed to engage and retain 90% of our existing clients after we use Mailchimp to launch our newsletter campaign. The most important lesson I learned is to always do it right from the start.
