Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
We use Mailchimp for eCommerce customer Automations and email marketing campaigns. Mailchimp is synced to our eCommerce platform and is easy to use for most of the marketing people at the customer. Overall, pretty simple plug-and-play Email marketing system.
- Email Automations
- Welcome series emails
- Email Marketing / Promotional Emails
- The design of the emails feels a bit outdated
- Previews of emails on light and dark mode would be useful
- Newsletters are inexpensive and easy to communicate w/ customers
- Abandoned Cart emails have been great ROI
Easier to setup and use, but less feature-rich for super advanced customizations and automations.
Only have used the Email marketing and Mailchimp forms for specific collection of Email addresses, which is a nice feature. Haven't used many other features, as other platforms we use cover these features.
Email marketing is still your best and cheapest returning customer purchasing tool, and best way to communicate with new customers! Way more reliable than social media, and less expensive than advertising. Money spent on good emails and templates has a better ROI than money spent on Advertising IMO.
