Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp

In the IT area we use mailchimp to conduct surveys through email marketing mailchimp option and collect essential data from both our collaborators and also customers on aspects of the quality of the product or services we offer that also help us solve gaps in IT.It is very important that as IT we configure this entire system together with the marketing department and together we can find the best path to new security solutions.

Cons

  • I think that mailchimp is a wonderful tool that currently we would not change anything in particular, they have been able to advance in editing their failures and solving problems easily.
  • The main future ROI is that we don't lose thousands of dollars to fix IT gaps where we can get potential threats, but rather we can fix them instantly, plus we get good data to focus on local services or products that consumers really want. they want.
  • The ease of sending bulk emails allows us to save a lot of time.
I would rate it with 8, it is very good, it is very fast, it is very understandable for anyone new to the subject.
It has been something spectacular, as I mentioned before, not only have I been able to work with the tool with internal surveys for gaps in the system, but I have also been able to help the marketing department, collaborate with tracking, real-time data and much more.
I think you shouldn't get carried away by appearances, the mailchimp logo makes you doubt a little about its power.

I direct my communication to the IT colleagues, it is an easy-to-use tool in which even if you have a basic knowledge of programming you will be able to use it 100%For non-IT people from different areas, I recommend that they have a programmer on hand to be able to use all the functionalities of the program.It is compatible with google services and others.
