Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
We use mail chimp for our local email and text marketing campaigns. We love using mailchimp to help us segment our consumer email databases so we can target are messaging to the correct audiences. Their analytics and reporting is awesome to help us how to improve our email marketing. We have been able to change our messaging and our contact timing.
- Their new AI tools have helped our staff when they have writers block
- I like that we can use one platform for email and text
- Reporting and analytics
- They struggle with data cleaning
- Their pricing is a bit expensive
- some of their best features are for their higher tiers
- With helped us improve our email open rate
- Overtime the costs grew too fast as our email lists grew
- As we got better at email marketing we wanted more tools
Mailchimp is way more professional and easier to use than Constant Contact. It has a higher level of polish and better UX as well. Hubspot is better for larger business and organizations and it has deeper integrations with Microsoft Office and other business tools. It is cheaper than Hubsport if your lists and sends are not a lot.
Mailchimp has allowed us to ramp up our email and texting marketing efforts with clear reporting and dashboards. We have been able to quickly and easily see how we can improve our design, messaging, and list management after every email campaign. We have noticed a great improvement on our audience engagement. We are now beating the industry averages for open and click rates for our emails!
We have seen a marked improvement in our open, unsubscribe, and click through rates in our e-mails. We also were able to clean up our email lists so our bounce rate has dropped. As more of our audience engaged with us we have seen more people give and follow us on social media. We have also branched into text marketing because it was on one unified platform.
