Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp

We use Mailchimp to send out mass communication. We also build email templates that we are able to operate as blogs with the HTML code!

Pros

  • Communicate to Mass Audiences.
  • Email Templates have multiple purposes.
  • Drip Campaigns.

Cons

  • Speed up their website/upgrade their server.
  • More effective automated email campaigns.
  • Marketing list growth.
  • Time savings.
Marketing to customers from Mailchimp has increased our email lists/subscribers. Our representatives get all the sales resources and tools they need through a drip campaign via Mailchimp. Our communications manager saves a lot of time by using Mailchimp. We can duplicate email templates into blogs on our website, saving us time from creating blogs! And so much more!
Mailchimp is the primary marketing email platform we use. I have not reviewed a competitor of them.

Yes

Mailchimp has a very user-friendly layout. It is easy (even for a beginner) to get and design emails, build drip campaigns, etc. It has a very easy sorting system with folders, so you can categorize emails that have gone out, which is super convenient for going back to see how something did before replicating it.
