Mattermost is the main communication tool inside our company. We need to get in touch and maintain communications with several groups of developers, managers, and other groups inside our organization, sharing documents, code, and other resources, using different platforms (Desktop, Mobile)
- Search messages
- Create groups
- Pin messages
- Secure communications
- Use markdown in messages
- Multi Thread management and it's UI separation. Could be with distinct colors.
- Better notifications in mobile. Sometimes new messages did not send notifications
- Better help when using markdown
- Better Archive organization
- Team Alignment
- Team Transparency
- Remote Work
- Faster Response to Incidents
