Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft 365 Business

We use Microsoft 365 Business in two capacities. One is that we use the business applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, One Note, Outlook) but that extends to cloud management tools provided by Microsoft Azure for basic cyber security applications. Secondly, we user PowerApps to develop tools for the above-mentioned applications so that we can monetize the work we do for other organizations.
  • MS Word is the absolute best word processor
  • MS Excel is best of breed for spreadsheet applications
  • MS PowerPoint is best of breed for presentations
  • Better integration with 3rd-party cloud applications
  • More variety of logging in One Note
  • Less confusing pricing structure
  • Simple licensing model for users means faster deployments.
  • Always up-to-date versions of productivity tools.
  • Seamless integration between applications results in less IT support required.
Not included in the list above is the Google G-Suite of applications and their line of Office-like productivity tools. In our evaluation of both office platforms, we chose MS Office 365 Business due to the extended platform of applications, native support for OneDrive cloud storage and SharePoint, and the simpler licensing model.

It offers tools such as Office 365 ProPlus for co-authoring, Skype for Business for networking across your company, Microsoft Teams and standard Skype for chat, and voice and video calls, SharePoint to connect with everything that is produced internally, and Outlook for calendar and email management.
Microsoft 365 Business is valuable in how it includes the powerful line-up of all necessary Office productivity tools and applications for any sized business. Aside from its standard office apps, Microsoft 365 Business also integrates seamlessly with marketing tools for personal branding. Office Suite offers the latest version of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, OneNote, and Skype as required so your office is always on the latest and greatest.
