Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Office 365
We use all of the Office 365 products on a day to day basis for internal memos, tenant memos, estimates, presentations, and many more tasks. They are simple to use, and they work seamlessly with other software that we use daily.
- Integrate seamlessly with each other. They all have PDF add-ins, making tasks very simple, and fluid.
- Always updated, and always saving without even knowing. Sometimes you forget to save your documents, and when working on the cloud, you don't have to worry about losing your hard work.
- The menus of all of the products are very similar, so you don't have to learn much about each one of them.
- Add-ons could be improved. For example, we just ran into a PDF document that crashed Outlook when trying to open it as an attachment from an email. We had to disable the add-on for it to open the PDF correctly.
- It would be nice to be able to save your signatures from the desktop version to cloud version. Simple to do it manually though.
- Get rid of the clutter folder.
- The whitelist and blacklist seem to have issues with a scanned document from a copier. No matter if I add our copier to the whitelist, the documents still go to a junk email folder. That is really irritating.
- I believe the price per month/per user is acceptable.
- Setting up Office 365 Business Exchange for emails was so easy, that I have convinced three tenants of ours to move their domain, and subscribe to Office 365 Business.
I have not used any alternate to be able to compare.
