Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams is being used by my team and much of my organization as a communication tool between colleagues. The business problems it solves are the need to quickly chat, call, and screen share with others in a timely manner. It is also being used as a file sharing tool to send files back and forth.

  • The user interface could be improved.
  • The size on the screen isn't great.
  • Faster communication with colleagues.
  • A better file sharing process.
  • Innovative team chat.
Microsoft Teams is an innovative chat product that Microsoft has created largely to replace Skype, which is also owned by Microsoft. It's a similar copy of Slack, and has most of the features that Slack has.
Microsoft support is very good, and there isn't much for me to complain about when it comes to their support for the products they create. It is fast, efficient, and pretty easy to get a hold of someone.

Microsoft Teams works well for many teams of different sizes, where instant communication over the computer is necessary. It is perhaps less appropriate in smaller team settings, or in settings where face to face interaction is more necessary.
