Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams

We use Microsoft Teams to communicate throughout the company. It's still being implemented in some sections but is rolling out quickly and able to meet our needs.
  • It's fast with very few issues revolving around connectivity
  • It's significantly updated compared to some other chat programs that we also use.
  • There are more features making it more enjoyable to use.
  • I actually haven't come across any true issues with it yet. It's been able to meet all our needs and then some.
  • It's been more beneficial when doing conference calls. It comes through clearly and there aren't as many video delays are a previous program that we were using.
This is a big step up in the sense that it moves faster, it's clear and has more features that make it more fun to use.
I haven't needed support yet for Teams which I find to be positive because it means that I haven't had an issues with the program.

In my line of work sometimes I just have a quick question that doesn't necessarily require an email being sent, this is the perfect way to accomplish my task. I'm able to send off a quick chat directly to the person and hear back instantly. My particular space is very quiet and when I need to ask a coworker next to me a question, this makes it easier.
