Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
Teams is utilized as an instant messenger as well as a collaboration tool for individuals in different locations for both audio and video.
- Instant message chats
- Video/screen share
- Dial-in via phone sometimes has issues.
- If you are using it for multiple companies, switching can be annoying.
- Reduced long distance costs
- Reduced travel costs for meetings
- Skype for Business (formerly Lync) and GoToMeeting
I think Microsoft Teams stacks up with these and is superior in the amount of features offered.
