Best meeting app for any organization that values productivity
Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is our go-to meeting app. Easy scheduling, collaboration, and advanced features like recording, whiteboarding, etc. make our meetings more interactive and productive. Screen sharing is one feature [that] is much more convenient than any other apps currently in the market. Large audience support is another reason we prefer Teams. Our field force size is 150 plus. The most convenient thing is it is easier for guests to add other participants and teams have an extended waiting rooms feature which is convenient for interviewing.
Pros
- Better screen and content sharing support than others, especially if you want to share audio.
- Multiple rooms for waiting so better for interviewing candidates
- More effective for managing very large audience
- Better integration with MS Office and outlook
Cons
- The meeting link is confusing and most of the time audiences, press the wrong link. we have to troubleshoot this in every meeting
- Deep integration with other Microsoft app
- Convenient to save and share meeting recording
- Easy to manage teams so you can inform and manage team members
- Best for interviewing as Teams have multiple waiting rooms for participants
- You can easily switch between devices without the hassle
- Makes our communication time shorter and faster. Initiating a meeting is easy
- Meetings are productive as meeting recording is instantly available for reviewing
- Online interviews requires less time and effort
I always found Microsoft Teams more productivity-oriented than others. Google Meet gave me a lot of trouble if I use multiple audio sources. Switching audio is a nightmare in Meet. Telegram also rolled out screen sharing, which is good for a casual meeting, but still lacks a lot of features
