Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
We use Microsoft Teams in my organization to instant communication (texting), video and audio calls, and either between 2 or more colleagues.
We also use it for meetings where we can collaborate with colleagues from multiple locations and departments. We also create channels where we can communicate important information with a restricted group of people.

- Performance issues when multiple people in
- Limit when searching for conversations
- Doesn't work at all offline
- It decreased the communication time in around 10%
- It decreased the travel time for employees in around 30%
- Decreased the in loco work
With Microsoft Teams you can better check each one's agenda. The background when in a meeting is better. Microsoft Teams also have more options for integrations in place.
It's also easier and more intuitive.
