Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams

we use Microsoft Teams as our main collaboration tool. Team help us to keep connected across different timezones. We can easily schedule meeting with person from different timezone.

Pros

  • Meeting recap
  • Allows integration to other channels

Cons

  • For notification customization options are limited
  • I am changing the timezone but not reflecting changes on Microsoft Teams
  • Please give notification before erasing the recent chats, most of the messages are important to us
  • Cost saving - no need to travel to meet in person, we can connect virtually
  • Productivity - here we can share links, files from one drive and it can be accessible to anyone with configured access.
  • Improved engagement - live captions, meeting recap helps to increase meeting inclusivity and reduce the missing information
The features we are looking within the collaboration software. Microsoft Teams have everything. We are getting all the meeting recap information even if we are not joining it. In short we are not missing any information even if we are not attending it. No glitch no buffering it works like magic.
UI is so much smooth to use. As we have to use this collaboration tool daily for connecting with team members Microsoft Teams give mor smooth experience. Everything is categorized on different tab, chat, teams, calander, calls. We can easily navigate through out the application. It's not about experienced user but new koiners also gets comfortable with Microsoft Teams.

We have team members from different timezones. So whenever i try to create meeting with them, i just have to open the scheduler and it will show you the both timezone on same scale. It's preety much easy tohandle this comlexity.

I am trying to change my timezone from setting. I can easily change itand save it but it's not reflecting on the profile. Team members gets confuse because of my timezone dieplayed on the profile.
