Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams

It used for communications across teams, calls, meetings, scheduling and posting Information.

Pros

  • Connects people in different locations.
  • Scheduling meetings is easy.
  • Real-time coauthoring is a big win.
  • It works seamlessly with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Cons

  • Channel/group structure and organization can be hard to navigate.
  • Mobile app has limitations
  • Occasionally crashes
  • By consolidating chat, meetings, file sharing, and basic collaboration into a single platform, it has allowed us to eliminate or reduce spend on separate tools
  • While Teams centralizes work, its complexity and occasional performance issues can slow users down.
  • It makes hybrid work possible.
It works very well for day-to-day communication, though there is still room for improvement, particularly when collaborating with users outside the platform. While issues are rare, when a function does stop working it can significantly disrupt daily workflows.
Teams has been a better experience and also has less security concerns.

Teams becomes a central hub for communication and collaboration. Calendar integration, file sharing, and real-time document co-authoring reduce the need to switch tools. but Meetings and file sharing may feel cumbersome for non-Teams users.
