Overall Satisfaction with MindManager
I use Mindmanger in my organization for the purposes of self leadership. The business problem it addresses is getting things out of my head and onto a screen in a way that can quickly be changed and manipulated to see connections and issues on the team.

- Weird offline issue where I couldn't use it on a plane because it needed to connect to a license?
- Not crashing on the MacOs
- Legacy support - the older templates were the best

I benefit from this every day and in meetings because I can see connections in a way that I can't in a document.
Different tools for different jobs. I also use Diagrams and iThoughtsX.
