Overall Satisfaction with MIP Fund Accounting

I use it to control all accounting needs. I run payroll for 2 different company processing groups. It makes our finances easy so we can focus on consumers. Also, our audits are extremely easy with all the different reports it runs. It’s really a foolproof way to do your finances.

Easy to generate what we need for our audits
Have no plans to change our accounting software and really we do not have a need too
Our auditors didn’t like QuickBooks, they recommended a few different programs but we found MIP to be the one that would work the best for us

Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Amazon Chime, Adobe Acrobat
If you had to run multiple dba you might want something different. It can get confusing changing the modules on the payroll. I have forgotten many times. It is great for small nonprofits. Pretty straightforward and easy to use.

Yes they have really helped understand how to use the product and have even helped me create shortcuts for some items
I have used the forums to learn how to do things. I never have done any trainings
I wanted a shortcut to entering our payroll which use to take at least an hour not it take 3-5 min. The created a short cut that is easy to use and save a ton of time for me. I am very happy for the help.
We use on premises. I have it on a laptop and take it with me. This worked out well during the pandemic and working from home.

Yes - Quick books. Our auditors recommended switching because this software and more relevant use of us
