Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Our usage is on a project basis, as a way to map and diagram, as well as host collaborative sessions.

Pros

  • Mapping.
  • Handling of connectors between objects.
  • Clean interface.
  • Easy to pick up and learn.

Cons

  • Accessibility for non-paid users/clients.
  • More pricing tiers.
  • Improved speed and efficiency of my upfront research tasks.
It does everything I need it to, but it is difficult to sell into an organization as it is a supplementary tool.
It's very easy to pick up and start working in. Really intuitive tooling.
It's helped a lot having the live collaboration available. The difficulty comes in general accessibility for users that are not included in the overall enterprise license.

Yes

The pick-up-and-play nature of Miro is most appealing, especially for collaborative sessions. The mobile support is impressive. The actual mapping tech is also very much appreciated.
Well suited for mapping exercises, as it presents a clean/intuitive interface that doesn't get in the way.
