Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Being introduced across the organization globally. Addresses issues around global meetings and virtual whiteboarding, design, product management, ideation, design sprints, and prototyping, among other things.
Pros
- Collaboration.
- Team management.
- Ease of use (in terms of UX and UI).
Cons
- Artboard layouts are confusing.
- Some UI elements need refinement.
- Easier/more intuitive ways of setting up board-to-board flow (sequence when presenting).
- Ability to run global UX design sprints with stakeholders around the world on Miro's virtual boards in real-time that then are sent as artifacts to key stakeholders so they can visualize the design thinking process.
- Miro's ease of use makes it simple to introduce new team members to the platform which lowers our onboard costs.
- Provides a platform that can be used by multiple teams in a way that makes the most sense to them, without forcing the entire global company to use it "one way"; which makes it a flexible and useful tool.
Not so much, but it's more like Miro has allowed us to more widely share work being done by different teams around the world.

- MURAL (formerly Mural.ly)
Miro had a few features (especially in the way text can be formatted) that made it easier to use for a wider range of teams.
