Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used across the whole organization for all departments including business development.

Pros

  • Brainstorming.
  • Virtual collaboration.
  • Organizing.

Cons

  • I’d like to be able to copy and paste an excel selection over into Miro.
  • I’d like to receive email notifications for deliverables/tasks assigned to me.
  • The mobile experience could be improved.
  • It would be nice to offer 2 link options 1) to people who can edit and 2) to people who can only view.
  • The member terminology is very confusing. When you add people to teams, you pay for their membership but don’t realize that is in fact what is happening.
  • Improved virtual collaboration.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Improved visualization.
  • Improved strategy planning.
  • Improved accountability.
The sharing with individuals is a member issue that I mentioned earlier. It isn’t clear that you are adding new paid users.
I just absolutely love and rave about [Miro] often. It’s easy, effective, and robust.
Miro has extremely impacted collaboration, especially once you’ve created a template to duplicate and work off of.

Miro is good for plan development, outlining, organizing, presentation, collaboration, strategy, vision boarding. It's less well-suited for teams that require notifications to get things done.
