Overall Satisfaction with Miro

The whole organization is using it. If we don't use it the company will get rid of it since it's cutting into our budget, so my team and VP are very big on using it.

  • It's complicated with how easy it is to move things on boards. I'm always moving stuff on accident.
  • It is sometimes difficult to copy and paste information from one board into a new board.

  • It has made communication very simple.
  • It has helped our team stay organized, so nothing slips through the cracks.
  • It helps design update changes quicker.
Miro is great for design or visual teams. They should have training in Miro.
I gave it a 7 because I jumped right into my role without Miro training. It was super easy to pick up and figure out. The only thing I would suggest is providing training to all employees so they can really get everything out of Miro.
It's made it very simple to create a board and share it with my colleagues, then have them add any notes or things that have changed. Everyone on our team has access, so it's nice that anyone can go in and add or delete things to keep everyone on the same page.

Yes

Miro is well suited for cross-functioning teams. We make a board and then open it up to others to take it away and do their part. It is less appropriate for my own personal use since in my role I am working a lot with numbers and less with visuals.
