Essential Tools for Daily Collaboration.
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro for inter-departmental workshops and ideation sessions. I am working on a digital transformation project that has a high impact and influence on all departments within the Government, and I am communicating with everyone using Miro. That is now the love of my working life. Problem Framing, Design Thinking, Ideation, Agile, Backlog, Team Charter, and everything around Digital Transformation is done on Miro!

Miro has truly transformed how our team collaborates, but two features that have had the most significant day-to-day impact are Stickies and the Cluster function. Stickies make it incredibly easy to capture ideas quickly and visually during meetings or brainstorming sessions. The Cluster feature is a game-changer—it helps us instantly group related thoughts, spot themes, and make sense of complex input. Together, these tools make collaboration not only smoother but also more insightful. They’ve become essential to our workflow. A total hit!
For visual thinking and working, Miro is my go-to every time! I can also easily transform a research project into a PDF to present my findings, which skips a step!
Miro allowed me to plan, design, and implement the testing of a learning platform that required 350 testers across Canada. Mission accomplished - Thanks to Miro!
