Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It is being used for virtual whiteboards for interactive workshops across different stakeholders in the business.

Not sure what is meant by implementation here. If in relation to how easy it is to sign up and use across the company, it is very easy and provides a great solution to all members of the team.
It integrates well with our company software and also when dealing with external companies.
It has had a significant improvement in our ability to collaborate virtually. Initially, we had tried various functions on MS teams, however, they were often clunky and not as easy to use as Miro.

The ease of use when working collaboratively compared to MS teams and Zoom, is what sets Miro apart.
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Skype, Zoom
I have only used it in scenarios where it is well suited. These have been sessions to work through upcoming member testing ideas, document impacts of upcoming projects for marketing content, and document ideas as a team based on previous employee engagement surveys.
