- Used between customer as per suggestion from customer to conduct virtual brain storm sessions to identify business opportunity as well as list up action items. - Received training from customer's IT department. - Established new project based on above brain storm session.
- Many people can work together on the same screen
- Many edit options (colors/shapes) for easier grouping and summarizing
- Good network connectivity (not slow at all)
- More template (steps) to proceed brain storm session
- More template (summary) to conclude and internally share outcome and next steps
- Easier security (some people from oversea could not join even they talked with it IT team saying network security issue)
- Reduced work time for brain storm session
- Easy to pick up from where left off during 3 separate virtual meetings with customer
- Free of charge for us (maybe our customer was paying? not sure)
10 out of 10. For sure it will help us a lot. We had session with 8 people (with customer, we are supplier), it turned out great
