Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro as a tool to help organize ideas in the innovation projects conducted by my team. It is a support tool used in brainstorming sections made with different teams of the company. It helps us to unify all the information collected and create diagrams of the workflows used by each area of the company. With this information in hand, we start the open innovation process, where we look for disruptive solutions available in the market that can help to improve the mapped workflows.
- Help with people collaboration in brainstorm sections.

- Sometimes it is hard to manage all the teams that you are part of (especially if you are in a lot of them).
- It's hard to find the chat and sometimes the collaborators don't see when they are tagged.
- Increased the assertiveness of information collected at the beginning of projects.

Miro has helped my organization a lot, especially during social distancing times, but also in the collaboration with teams that are located in other parts of the country.
